Who is Kalsoni?
We are an apparel brand located in Minneapolis, MN. Our mission is to provide inclusive activewear for those looking for a modest design style — built for performance, made by and for women.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes — we want to make sure you get the right size and fit. You can find the full size chart in our Size Guide. For a relaxed, modest fit we recommend sizing up; if you're between sizes, go with the larger.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by the total weight of your order and your location (domestic and international). Free U.S. shipping on orders of $125 or more. Final shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your policy around exchanging an item?
At Kalsoni, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. We accept exchanges as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase, and the item must be returned to us within 7 days of the exchange request. If your exchange item is priced lower than the original, you'll pay the difference; if it's priced higher, you'll be issued store credit for the difference.
What about items purchased in store, at events or exhibitions?
All items purchased at events, exhibitions, and in store are final. There are no exchanges or returns for those items.
Can I get a refund for an item?
All sales are final. We're currently unable to provide refunds, but we're happy to help with an exchange or store credit where eligible — see our exchange policy above.
